Park House - Relaxing, Riverside Retreat.

Negative: Review Title: Unclean apartment and poor communication I stayed at the apartment for about 50 days but was forced to leave 10 days earlier due to poor cleanliness. The place was never properly cleaned — the bathroom, carpet, and under the couch were dirty, and I even found used tissue under the couch. Before I checked out, I informed them that I was planning to leave 10 days early due to an issue. They told me the manager was not available and they needed time to speak with her. After I checked out, I contacted the manager again to discuss the situation and request a partial refund, but they stopped responding altogether. It was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn’t recommend staying there.

Great location and nice clean new apartment. Bed little small for two senior adults and a few extra kitchen items would Positive: Lovely new apartment, clean, nice fixtures, great location close to tram stop and food/shops. Negative: Double bed bit small - queen would be better. Few additions like cheese knives, platters, glad wrap ex would be nice. Plates to awkward to fit in dishwasher. Would be good to have access to building amenities like pool, gym, golf simulator and common area - all locked to proxy swipe.
