Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions
We're delighted you've chosen our property for your vacation. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we kindly ask you to agree to the following terms and conditions. By signing this document, you agree to abide by these terms during your stay.
1. Reservation and Payment:
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due 2 days prior to your arrival. We accept payments via credit or debit card
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 5 days before your scheduled arrival to receive a full refund (minus the deposit, if applicable).
Cancellations made less than 5 days before arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay plus 50% of the remaining nights, and are therefore only partially refundable.
3. Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-In: 3:00 pm on the day of arrival.
Check-Out: By 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Early check-in or late check-out must be arranged in advance and may incur additional fees.
4. Occupancy:
The property is rented to the person(s) named in the booking confirmation. The maximum occupancy is depending on property that you have booked.
No parties or events are allowed without prior written permission.
5. Rules and Regulations:
No smoking inside the property. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only.

Please respect the property and neighbours by keeping noise to a reasonable level.

6. Damages and Cleaning:
The property should be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Guests are responsible for any damage they cause during their stay.
A cleaning fee is included in your booking. Excessive cleaning required after your stay may incur additional charges.
7. Liability:
The property owner is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises or its facilities.
The property owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
8. Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Jurisdiction.
9. Agreement to Terms:
By signing this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms and conditions of your stay and agree to abide by them.
